Q: Why do I get a blank
sheet of paper when I try to print?
A: This happens with
some older printer drivers. Firstly, make sure you are
using the
latest drivers for your printer. These can be obtained
from your printer manufacturer. If replacing the driver
does not
work, it may be that the output resolution is too high.
Try setting the ‘Print Quality’ setting to
300 x 600 dpi.

Q: I’m having
problems with the picture quality.
A: Please ensure that you
are running Get Into French/Spanish using
a 800 x 600 display set to 24 bit colour, and that you are using
the latest drivers available from your hardware supplier. If
you need to change any settings on your computer, please consult
your manual.
